The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed.

Straw yellow in colour
with greenish reflections.
Olfactory
On the nose, i t is extremely elegant
and complex with notes of tropical fruit,
peach, citrus fruits and medicinal herbs.
Taste
Highly drinkable, fresh and pervasive.
PAIRINGS
Superb with hot and cold f ish appetizers,
excellent paired with eggs and asparagus,
and with herb omelettes.
TIPS
Do not a llow the bottle to undergo
excessive changes in temperature.
