This full strength, juniper- forward pink gin has a berry aroma, along with the aromatic buddha’s hand and floral spice of pink peppercorn, give an aroma reminiscent of eating fresh berries and citrus fruit on a hot summer’s day. On the palate, the sweet tang of raspberry is at the forefront, followed by brief herbaceous twist. This gives way to the subtle spice of pepper and the warming pine of juniper. The sweet citrus of buddha’s hand then comes in for the finale, cleaning the palate for the next ‘punchy’ sip
